OpenShift helps nursing homes and rehabilitation facilities reduce overtime and eliminate reliance on outside staffing agencies by building and managing an internal staffing pool under the facility’s own payroll. We are not an agency. Facilities keep their core staff while OpenShift adds a flexible layer of per diem, part-time, and select full-time staff. Through the OpenShift app and portal, shifts are filled internally first, helping facilities cover gaps without agency use or excessive overti
