Metropolitan EMS

Metropolitan Emergency Medical Services (MEMS) is a public, non-profit EMS provider governed by the Little Rock Ambulance Authority. Serving Pulaski, Grant, and Lonoke Counties, MEMS delivers evidence-based, patient-centered care to nearly 400,000 residents across 1,800 square miles. With more than 400 professionals, MEMS focuses on patient outcomes, advances innovative care, and strengthens the region’s healthcare system.
