I’m Kriti Gupta Goel, a Clinical Hypnotherapist & Psychotherapist. Life’s challenges can sometimes leave you feeling overwhelmed or stuck. I provide a safe and compassionate space where you can heal, grow, and create lasting positive change. I work with children (11+) and adults, to manage stress, anxiety, trauma, addictions and emotional overwhelm through evidence-based hypnotherapy and therapeutic techniques (NLP, CBT, EFT, Parts therapy, mindfulness, regression, hypno-EMDR and life coaching).
