I am so proud to be the winner of Mental Health Therapist of the Year 2025 (Cheshire), I am passionate about working with clients to achieve amazing results, often better than they ever expected. I specialise in working with adults and children suffering from anxiety and know from the work that I do no one needs to suffer. My clients have to want to feel better but the “how” is done together. I don’t believe that therapy should be “hard work”, it can be enjoyable whilst getting amazing results.
