Healing Harmony Massage and Wellness specializes in therapeutic massage, more specifically a gentle, painless technique called Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique (SMRT). We use SMRT to treat many problem areas in the body. The many benefits to receiving SMRT include significantly reducing cortisol(stress hormone) levels, tightness, pain, and inflammation, while inducing a deep state of relaxation in the client.
