Sarah is a holistic physiotherapist with over 30 years' experience, practising across the City of London and Hertfordshire. Through getACTIVATED and Qfive Healthcare, she uses Douglas Heel's Be Activated technique and Dr. Klinghardt's Autonomic Response Testing to address the five levels of healing — physical, energetic, emotional, intuitive and spiritual — using manual therapy and quantum physics.
