Clare’s Cosmetic Skin Centre is widely praised for its compassionate approach, detailed consultations, and consistent treatment outcomes, helping clients improve confidence and manage a variety of skin concerns. “Clare herself has contributed to the development of the aesthetic industry locally by training nurses and practitioners and previously overseeing regulatory compliance as a registered manager for a Care Quality Commission-registered clinic. Combined with ongoing investment in advanced treatments and professional training, this dedication to excellence and patient-centred service has firmly positioned the clinic as a leading skin specialist on the Isle of Wight.” Contact: Clare Jilani Company: Clare’s Cosmetic Skin Centre Web Address: www.clarescosmetic.com Since its inception in 2019, Clare’s Cosmetic Skin Centre has been on a mission to help its clients feel their very best through safe and effective treatments that meet their needs and budget. The clinic offers a comprehensive range of non-invasive treatments, from chemical peels, Radiofrequency face lifting, and tightening, fractional resurfacing, IPL skin rejuvenation, and cryotherapy. At Clare’s Cosmetic Skin Centre, each treatment is delivered through clinically advanced technology and tailored consultations. Safety is paramount, serving as the clinic’s main consideration when selecting the most appropriate treatment for the individual. Every effort is made by the team to explain all treatments in full and provide written literature, ensuring that each patient is empowered to make an informed decision in their own time. This approach has been shaped by Founder Clare Jilani’s extensive experience. Clare’s prosperous professional pathway into the aesthetics industry began in 2001, a time when cosmetic treatments were sparse not only on the Isle of Wight but also the wider UK. She initially worked as the Co-Founder and Managing Director of The Island Cosmetic Clinic, the first cosmetic clinic to inhabit the Isle of Wight. Entering the industry with full force, Clare built a reputation as one of the first aesthetic practitioners on the island. She served as the registered manager with the Care Quality Commission from 2006 to 2018 at The Island Cosmetic Clinic, a role that required an ongoing commitment to exceptional clinical governance. This commitment has played a direct role in shaping Clare’s approach to her practice and continues to guide her work at Clare’s Cosmetic Skin Centre. Over the years, Clare has watched the aesthetics industry grow and evolve. There have been certain disadvantages with this growth, such as an increasing number of individuals performing treatments outside the guidelines of best practice, especially in the field of injectable treatments. Clare has ensured to play her own role in this development, however, leveraging 25 years of experience to train other nurses and aestheticians across the island and beyond. Every aspect of Clare’s Cosmetic Skin Centre is driven by Clare’s genuine passion for helping people feel their best. “I just want to enrich my community by helping people with their skin,” she told us. “Not just making them look younger, but by protecting their skin, directing client to their healthcare provider if I feel a lesion needs to be checked, and offering emotional support when people are facing skin concerns.” With a wide array of treatments delivered with a distinctly patientled approach that has been honed over more than two decades The Global Excellence Awards are held each year to recognise and celebrate the bright minds currently reshaping the landscape of global health. Today, we highlight the exceptional contributions of Clare’s Cosmetic Skin Centre, a leading aesthetic clinic renowned for bringing innovative, non-invasive treatments to its local community on the Isle of Wight.
