Toi Ora Live Art Trust

Toi Ora is a creative space in Auckland, New Zealand providing free and supportive arts programmes for people experiencing mental distress. Creativity is widely recognised as enhancing wellbeing, with more than 95 percent of Toi Ora artists reporting a positive impact after participating in a programme. Our work supports self-determination through a wide range of creative arts. Toi Ora offers a space where people can simply be, free from judgement or pressure, in a world that can sometimes feel.
