The Ballet Doctor

Rebekah is the founder of TheBalletDoctor.com; a platform dedicated to helping dancers improve their technique, build strength and prevent injury through science-led training. A former ballet student turned coach and physiotherapy student, Rebekah draws on her own experience of injury to champion the importance of anatomy, conditioning and injury prevention in dance. Her mission is to empower dancers with the knowledge and tools they need to reach their full potential safely and sustainably.
