I am delighted and very humbled to be recognised for this award, which is in truth great recognition of all the work that Thames Water as a company have put in over recent years to support the health and well-being of all those that work for and on our behalf. It is this relentless effort put in every day by everyone that has created a culture of care and a working environment that is supportive of all, leading to some amazing outcomes such as a 78% decrease in work related illness over the past 5 years
