I’m a trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming counsellor supporting adults healing from complex trauma, abuse, and emotional neglect. My integrative approach centres safety, connection, and empowerment. As a safeguarding lead at Unmasked Neurodiversity Network CIC, I also advocate for inclusive mental health support. This award reflects my commitment to walking alongside clients with compassion, helping them rebuild hope and reclaim their sense of self.
