Recovery Code X CIC was founded in 2019 to provide safe supportive spaces for women with Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD). We recognised a need for holistic peer-led psycho-educative programmes to empower victims and survivors of childhood abuse and domestic abuse with knowledge and coping skills. Our survivor led ethos places a high value on facilitators who combine recovery with trauma-informed professional accreditation. This adds a new dimension of hope.
