I founded Praktijk Lichtreis from a deep belief that lasting change needs more than insight alone. Through my “Where Science Meets Soul” approach, I combine psychology with body-based and intuitive methods to help people reconnect with themselves. My work supports those who have already done inner work, but are ready to turn awareness into real, embodied change in daily life.
