Pineapple Support is a US-based, international nonprofit providing free, confidential mental health support to people working in the online adult industry. Founded to address the isolation, stigma, & lack of accessible care faced by this community, Pineapple Support connects individuals with culturally affirming, mental health professionals across the globe. Pineapple Support continues to challenge stigma, centre compassion & advocate for mental health as a fundamental right, not a privilege.
