The Pesso Boyden Training Institute UK has been awarded “Best Body-Based Therapy Training Specialists 2025 – UK” for its pioneering work in somatic psychotherapy education. They are the UK’s sole accredited provider of Pesso Boyden training, a method devised by Al Pesso and Diane Boyden in the 1960’s. PBSP is a comprehensive body-based psychotherapy which integrates spatial dynamics, body awareness, and verbal techniques to address emotional deficits and facilitate embodied healing.
