Nära Cancer

Nära Cancer is run by the Dep. of Oncology in Örebro, Sweden. We support young people aged 13 to 30 who are close to someone with cancer or have lost a loved one to the disease. Nära Cancer provides online support with reliable, fact-checked information. Through Nära Cancer, young people can ask questions, which are answered by licensed healthcare professionals. We offer a forum and a buddy-matching service to help build connections between peers who understand what they’re going through.
