Mind In2 Action Ltd is an innovative, Occupational Therapy-led clinical and wellbeing service based in Caerphilly, South Wales, delivering healing-centred, sensory- and trauma-informed, and somatically grounded support across South Wales and the West. The organisation has developed a bespoke framework known as the VITA Life Model, which integrates Occupational Therapy, psychology-informed approaches, trauma theory, and holistic health principles. The model sits at the core of all our  services and is designed to support central nervous system regulation, meaningful engagement, promoting creativity and a sense of purpose. Mind In2 Action Ltd seeks to empower individuals and communities impacted by trauma, environmental stress, and chronic mental health or physical conditions, with an aim to build resilience through the ripple effect.    Mind In2 Action Ltd values collaboration, and actively works alongside partners who share its values, including local small businesses, community organisations, corporate settings, and statutory services. This collaborative approach supports joined-up, accessible, and context-responsive wellbeing provision. The organisation is thrilled to have been recognised by Global Health & Pharma (GHP) with the following honours: Best Healing-Centred Occupational Therapy & Wellbeing Service 2026 – Wales and the GHP Trauma-Informed Somatic Wellness Excellence Award 2026. This recognition reflects a commitment to compassionate, evidence-informed, and relational practice that prioritises choice, embodiment, and empowerment.
