Insightful Life

Insightful Life is a therapy and counselling centre in Cheshire, operating across two sites. We host private practitioners - offering support to children, teens, adults and couples, across a range of modalities and approaches. Alongside client work, we prioritise practitioner wellbeing through peer community support, shared resources, professional development, and regular drop-in and training opportunities.
