Inner Light Project is proud to be an award-winning Transformational Women's Trauma Coach (London) 2026. Our mission is to help women to heal from the root cause from a holistic perspective, while living with freedom, joy and inner peace. We provide 1:1 coaching sessions and host a podcast called the Inner Light Project, which is a blend of spirituality, laughter and honesty. This is exactly what's needed in this generation of women reclaiming their power and healing from within.
