Based in the heart of Nottingham, Improving Lives is a registered charity providing wide-ranging tailored support to the most vulnerable Nottingham City residents. Our aim is to help adults who have complex health and social needs to lead independent and fulfilling lives. Since Improving Lives was founded in 2006, we have helped adults in Nottingham to believe that life can change for the better.
