Harmless

Harmless CIC is an award-winning user-led service, established in 2007. It provides evidence-based and trauma-informed support to people who self harm or are at high risk of suicide, and their friends and families. We work to reduce stigma, isolation and distress and promote health, hope and wellbeing. Our message is that with the right support hope and recovery is possible. In addition to clinical services we provide training and consultancy.
