Flourish Mentors

Flourish Mentors is a women-led, women-supporting registered charity in East Sussex based on three key principles: intergenerational mentorship, community and co-creation. We support 16-25 year young women (LGBTQIA+ inclusive) transitioning into adulthood with free, long-term (2 years), in-person wellbeing mentoring and mental health workshops. We have helped over 600 young women in 4 years! We are passionately committed to help the 1 in 3 young women struggling with mental health, NHS 2024
