Feeling Strong SCIO

Feeling Strong is Dundee's Youth Mental Health Charity and since 2018 we have established a strong record in delivering youth-centred projects in the heart of Dundee, making us unique! We support young people aged 12-26, who have experienced a mental health or wellbeing challenge, to reach their full potential; delivering projects, services and campaigns to tackle stigma, build confidence, develop resources, create networks and support positive recovery journeys.
