Elevated Minds is a mental health and mentorship organization in the Capital Region, led by Dr. Leeshe N. Grimes, a licensed psychotherapist and retired Army veteran. Through culturally responsive care, school-based programs, and leadership development, Elevated Minds empowers youth and families while breaking mental health stigmas. Dr. Grimes’ bold leadership drives innovative, healing centered initiatives that build resilience, purpose, and equity in underserved communities.
