I offer personal counselling to individuals, couples and adolescent. Helping them to find a solution to the issues they are going through, without judgement. I offer a safe and confidential space where clients can be heard and help to find their own solutions. I also help them with some coping strategies for anger, anxiety, self esteem and confidence. To help clients find their voice when they need to voice how they are feeling and what is affecting them and not walk on eggshells.
