Counselling Here and Now

I am a MBACP registered Counsellor specialized in Trauma work. Within my professional practice I demonstrate sensitivity to individual differences when working with clients of diverse ethnicity, gender identity, religion, sexual orientation and cultural background. I use a variety of psychological interventions drawn from Gestalt Therapy, Person-Centred Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming techniques, according to the specific needs of each client.
