Community Help Service (CHS)

Community Help Service (CHS) runs a 24/7 Helpline from Belgium that takes thousands of calls a year from people suffering from anxiety, depression, loneliness, and other mental health challenges, including self-harm and suicidal thoughts. Our English-speaking line provides a safe and confidential space to talk to volunteers who are trained and supported by mental health professionals. CHS also runs a Mental Health Centre staffed by professional therapists who offer in-person appointments.
