Lorenzo Pérez is the founder of Canaturex.
His passion for this traditional and historical crop
of the Canarian archipelago, has led him to be the promoter
of the Protected Designation of Origin for the dry cochineal.
Canaturex is currently the only one in the world to hold the
quality certification granted by the European Commission.
