Avatar 3000 z.s. is a nonprofit organization supporting personal wellbeing through psychosomatic awareness and emotional intelligence. Since its founding, it has organized more than 60 week-long and two-week experiential retreats. Its 7-day “Week for Self” program guides participants to gain perspective, strengthen self-regulation, practice conscious communication, and cultivate mental and physical balance in small group settings.
