I founded Anglia Counselling Ltd at the start of 2012 following a successful career in frontline clinical emergency medicine. Having had almost two decades of exposure to pre-hospital mental health crisis, I felt a new career focusing on individuals in need with more commonly observed mental health challenges in the private sector, and being able to provide rapid access, would bring value to both clients, and to me as a human. I thoroughly enjoy learning each year new approaches to wellbeing
