We are a holistic, and trauma-informed practice that focuses on mind, body, and spirit through use of marriage and family therapy, and sex therapy techniques in addition to somatic body work. We are dedicated to the mental, emotional, and spiritual liberation to Black people across the diaspora, however we are open to all who seek true healing, empowerment, and transformative growth through third order change.
