Plymouth & District Mind support 3,500-4,000 people each year to recover from mental ill health by providing advice and support through our flagship Recovery College service. We campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding. Our main goals are to support people likely to develop mental health problems, to stay well; to ensure people get the right services and support at the right time to help their recovery and enable them to live with their mental health problem; and to open the doors to people with experience of mental health problems participating fully in society.
