IC'Alps is specialized in integrated circuits (ASIC/SoC) design & supply, to optimize performances, consumption, size or cost of electronic for Medical Devices (MD).
MD and Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) is a land of challenges for electronics and the ASIC approach is justified to address most of them. ASIC enables to group, in the same circuit, functions like wireless communication, decision-making (embedded processor), biomedical sensors/MEMS fusion (analog/digital data conversion) and security features to protect patient’s data. IC'Alps is currently developing an ISO13485 certified ASIC for continuous ECG measurement and for heart failure assistance implants among other applications.
