In 2004, Dr. Anke Langenbach set out to redefine veterinary surgical care in the region by starting a small mobile surgery service that championed the highest standards of care and compassion. For several years, she and a team of one or two technicians traveled to local veterinary practices and performed orthopedic and soft tissue surgeries.

That service has blossomed into a full-scale surgery, physical rehabilitation, and pain management practice with three full-time locations—in Vienna, Leesburg, and Winchester—and a staff of 70 passionate and dedicated individuals.
