Mineral Resources has established a pioneering in-house mental health program for employees and families, featuring a team of clinicians across 14 mine sites and Perth HQ. This 24/7, free, and confidential service includes on-site counselling,, and support for FIFO workers. The initiative aims to reduce stigma, provide early intervention, and prioritise mental health alongside physical health and safety.
