First, the practice needed to expand and upgrade its offering in state-of-the-art dentistry, including a new, varied treatment range for patients, within a safe and comfortable sanctuary. After three years of meticulous planning from design to build, the Griffiths family was thrilled to have transformed the building from an old-fashioned, dark and small practice to a warm, inviting, light, airy, and modern practice built to stand the test of time. With resilience and by keeping patient relaxation at the heart of the project, they created an atmosphere that is entirely unique to other dental practices. The property sits around a courtyard with a unique water feature, providing a very serene ambience to the waiting area, which is complete with comfortable sofa’s and patient facilities. Now, the property has six surgeries, a hygienist surgery, a separate decontamination room with a dirty to clean workflow, two specialist treatment rooms, and a consultation room. Today, the team is made up of several members of the Griffiths family, bringing a personal touch to patient care. This is while the rest of its dedicated staff have become extended family, having been with the practice for many years, and the longest serving member an impressive 25 years – which is often unheard of within the industry.
