I don’t think any of us expected to be writing automatic replies that spoke of “pandemics”, and its profound impact on day to day affairs. Yet, here we are. It’s all a bit surreal. Anxiety and unease are high, and the best method for coping right now is to adopt the rather timeless approach of “keeping calm and carrying on”. Naturally, while there are mentions of COVID-19 and the Coronavirus in this issue, we’ve tried to keep it to a minimum. After all, while it’s a good idea to stay informed and in the know, there’s such a thing as too much information. It’s OK - in fact, highly encouraged - to take a break. Do something fun. Something you enjoy. Take a moment for yourself.
