We invited Dr Shubhra Lallu to provide us with an insight into the practice and its service offering. Prodenta is dedicated to providing a friendly and stress-free experience for all of its patients. Shubhra begun at Prodenta in 2015 and since then has established the practice as a leader in private dentistry in South West London. She explains how the practice works to provide every client with the service they need. “Here at Prodenta, our aim is to provide a uniquely approachable environment and first class service for all our dental and facial aesthetics patients. We are focused on creating each patient an individual care plan with an emphasis on long-term health and optimum results.” Although patients often have a range of dental practices to choose from, Prodenta is the obvious choice because of its client focused approach, as Shubhra highlights. “What sets us apart from our competitors is our focus on building a positive relationship with our patients. We see our role as a provider of dental services but also as an educator in dental health. We feel this empowers our patients to take ownership and pride in their oral health. We see this as a process that starts from the first visit. We see patients as young as 2 years old and often it’s their first visit to the dentist.” “At this visit, we have a keen focus on making the visit fun for our young patient and informative for their accompanying parent. Each child is sent home with a pack which includes a play dental mirror, a colourful toothbrush and information leaflets for the parents. For adults we have a different, but equally affective, approach. An extensive consultation process allows us to comprehensively assess the needs of the patient and explain all available options. We aim to build a foundation of health and then improve the aesthetics.” Fundamentally, Shubhra and her team take great pride in their work and their ongoing commitment is to providing clients with an experience they remember for the right reasons, as she concludes. “Ultimately, dental health plays a key role in the entire wellbeing of the person and at Prodenta we feel privileged to be able to contribute positively to this.”
