It was an existing largely private practice with some specialist services. In 2010, after a partnership ended the practice was rebranded with many of the existing team staying on alongside Principal, Emma Clayton-Jones. Consequently, some of the team have been with the practice for 20 years. The team have worked hard to provide a special service to local referring practices, ensuring excellent communication regarding their patient’s treatment journey. These practices are visited by No5’s Patient Care coordinator, Stacey Graham, to create a personal relationship and ensure they are offering them and their patients the service that suits them. Alongside its focus on supporting its patients, No. 5 Dental Care is also committed to supporting the local community and giving back to those who have helped drive it to success. As such, the practice provides care and oral health education to local nursing homes. Domiciliary visits are available for those patients who are unable to visit the surgery, although there is wheelchair access for those who require it. The team regularly visit local schools to give talks and demonstrations on how to care for children’s teeth, as No.5 Dental Care passionately believes in education and preventive care. With the dental industry diversifying into new areas and patients keen to trust their dentists with more than just their teeth, No5 Dental Care now provides non-surgical facials to complement the facial aesthetics that the practice already provides.
