All of this is reflected through CMRH’s mission, which is to measurably enhance awareness of mental health amongst these communities, whilst also fighting both the discrimination and stigma associated with this topic – in these groups especially. Working daily towards its end goal of affording comprehensive mental health education and effective therapeutic solutions to promote fair access to services and improve quality of life, CMRH operates by phone, online, and through in-person sessions.
