A highly experienced team leads the way when it comes to this astonishing company, pooling the knowledge and expertise of experts in delivering quality projects. These ex- pharmaceutical and medical communication professionals are committed throughout the duration and completion of a project, and do not hand over to junior account people. Instead, they work from start to finish, ensuring that each and every project is given close personal attention and that the end result is a successful one. The team has become well known for its ability to deliver high quality face-to-face meetings and congresses, but the COVID-19 pandemic has forced a transformation in the industry at large. All live events were transformed into digital events or alternative virtual offerings, with the team utilising its experience in this field to meet the original objectives of the clients as smoothly as possible given the circumstances. The ease of adaptability in these difficult times is a credit to the hard-working team. LCW is highly adaptable, due to the experienced skillset and size of the team. They are flexible, knowledgeable and solution focused, which helps them to overcome any challenges that come their way. The team regularly speak to healthcare professionals to clearly understand their needs and how they would like to receive medical education, as they are ultimately the consumer of the solutions provided. The last few years have been very positive for the team indeed. They have been proud to work alongside a wide range of clients, from large & small pharmaceutical companies to being the secretariat for the Primary Care Cardiovascular Society (PCCS). Working for the PCCS has been a particular joy, and the last six months has seen that work grow significantly as the team builds the society and its membership. Together with the PCCS committee, the team at LCW has created new resources, such as talking heads, downloadable education and videos as well as updating the website and marketing. Not only has membership risen from 100 members to over 1000, the website traffic has increased from 50 views a month to 5000 a month. This success is a credit to the team’s hard work and invaluable contributions to the PCCS. Despite the challenges of 2020, the team at LCW have risen to LCW them admirably. It has put them in good stead for 2021, with a large range of projects ongoing and new ones ready to begin in the new year. These projects include both live and digital meetings, advisory boards, educational modules, talking heads and microsites to name but a few. The company is actively growing and is in the process of increasing headcount. With zero turnover since the firm was created in 2016, the team know that it is a good place to work, and want to ensure that only experienced professionals are recruited to join their ranks. This will ensure that LCW remains not only an excellent place to work, but one which will continue to produce excellent medical education solutions.
