Jade tells us of the significant challenge to find truly great carers – people with heart, patience, and compassion – and when they do come, Caretree places great importance on retaining them. Caretree is very proud to be doing well at this, with very low turnover of staff. 40% of its carers have been with the company for four years or more, while 35% have been with it for two and a half years or more, and 25% for a year or more.
