The devoted care team at ELR puts service users at the forefront of its operations as its team strives to ensure that all service users are happy. In order to promote independence among its service users, ELR helps them to live their own lives with the help of empathetic care givers who are passionate about what they do. Helping people to prolong their independence and aiding them in the ways they need to remain in control of their own lives, ELR treats everyone with the respect and dignity they deserve to ensure they can stay capable across a multitude of tasks and actions. The team at ELR depend on each other to provide the high quality care the company has become synonymous with. Sharing their passion for helping others, they work together as a team to uplift and empower one another, thus further positively impacting the lives of those they care for. Emma started ELR with a guiding hand and help from her late father in 2015. Fast forward almost ten years and we arrive at an incredibly strong point in ELR’s journey. Having won three awards in the past, with this year’s recognition as its fourth win, ELR continues to impress. Although this is the case, the very crux of the business is its dedication to improving people’s lives and its esteemed awards are certainly a result of this. As Emma continues to be a part of the decision-making process and work carried out by ELR, she ensures that the company has a unique stance in the industry. As many care companies have executive team members who may not be part of the everyday care provided, Emma is an example of a manager who is dedicated to being part of ELR’s team of carers. Emma told us that one of ELR’s biggest challenges has been keeping up with taking on new service users. As the industry rapidly evolves and many service users’ lives end or change dramatically – meaning they move into a nursing or residential care home – ELR does all it can to stay ahead of the curve with local authority contracts and its additional private service users which keep ELR busy providing compassionate care to people who are in need. The future of ELR looks incredibly bright as it has just secured another contact with its local authority for the next six years to come. The company is growing tremendously to address the needs of its service users and the rapidly increasing demand for home care. Emma would “personally like to thank each and every member of ELR Homecare for all their hard work and dedication”. With a vision to be the best care company in the West Midlands, for all service users and, in some cases, their families who also benefit from knowing their loved ones are receiving the most compassionate care, ELR Homecare is aiming high and we’re sure that its journey will continue to include success at every turn.
