For over 20 years, Janine Luck has been honing her craft as a yoga instructor. Through constant learning, upskilling, and connecting with her students, she has come to make quite the name for herself throughout Australia. This, combined with her status as a senior qualified yoga teacher, equipped Janine with the means to found Yoga hub in 2012. Now, eleven years later, she conducts regular traditional yoga classes, restorative yoga, Pilates, and iRest sessions. Having been practising yoga since 2002, before pursuing her training as a yoga teacher in 2005, Janine quickly made the move from her homeland of Ireland to India. Continuing her studies at the Sivananda Ashram, she was able to refine her technique under the guidance of some of the most experienced teachers in the world. More recently, she has even studied under renowned yoga teacher Donna Farhi, Restorative Yoga trainer Adelene Cheong and the iRest Institute all in the hopes that she can consistently expand her knowledge on yoga, spirituality, and harmony. Personally attesting to the benefits of yoga, Janine now delivers her findings to her students through her wealth of classes. No matter the level of experience held by an individual, nor their capabilities, Janine is eager to encourage the natural bond that humanity should have with their inner selves, and utilises yoga as a means for people to connect with themselves on a far deeper level. Yoga, after all, is an incredibly popular form of self-care – something that hasn’t come about by mere coincidence.
