8 GHP / Fitness and Nutrition Awards 2021 , Oct21404 Women’sWorld Football Show is a podcast and internet radio show that covers women’s football worldwide. Recognised within the Fitness and Nutrition Awards 2021, every episode features interviews with players, coaches, or influencers in the game. Best International Soccer News Media Programme 2021 Women’s World Football Show is a biweekly podcast and internet radio show dedicated to bringing the best of the women’s game to an enthusiastic global audience. Every episode features news, updates, insider information, and interviews with many of the most influential names in the game. Moreover, the show brings in guest correspondences from countries like Canada, Australia, Africa, Germany, North America, the UK, the Caribbean, and regions spanning Western and Eastern Europe. All interviews are positive and personable to help to grow the women’s game. WWFS speaks to an international audience of all ages with stories on players and leagues from all around the world. Additionally, WWFS covered the Women’s World Cup in 2019 in Paris, is credentialed with FIFA for the tournament, and covers training and games with exclusive interviews and press conferences. The WWFS features hundreds of players worldwide, including USWNT stars Carli Lloyd, Christen Press, Ali Krieger, Ashlyn Harris, Julie Foudy, Brandi Chastain, and more. Moreover, international stars from Germany, Italy, England, Africa, Australia, and more are included in the show. Additionally, the show has featured players and coaches from NWSL, FAWSL, Frauen Bundesliga, Serie A, and several others. WWFS’s audience ranges from young people who follow the women’s game, leagues, and national teams to youth coaches to players and player families. The show is very niche in that it only covers women’s football exclusively, and while WWFS is not the only women’s football podcast out there, it is the only one that covers women’s football worldwide. The show features players, coaches, and journalists from literally every country in the world, something that no one else is doing or has done for as long as WWFS has, which is over eight years. Additionally, it has a core of regular freelance correspondences in various countries, including the USA, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Caribbean countries, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Ghana, South Africa, and more. Most are journalists/editors/bloggers who cover the women’s game in different capacities. Everyone who contributes to WWFS must cover women’s football in one form or another, being positive, professional, and knowledgeable. Over everything else, all correspondences must be respectful of their interview subjects. The interviews featured on WWFS are always positive and personable to help to grow the women’s game. In addition, the show strives to speak to the youth with stories on women players, teams, and leagues throughout the world. Fortunately, the only challenge WWFS has faced during Covid-19 was the lack of games to cover. However, the Covid-19 pandemic has helped the show because of several increasing factors; more people are listening to podcasts, players have the time and availability to do more interviews, and the advent of virtual press conferences. 2021 marked eight years of establishment for WWFS, and by the beginning of 2022, it will be celebrating its 200th episode. For a podcast in such a niche market, this is a huge accomplishment. Company: Women’s World Football Show Contact: Patricia La Bella Website: http://www.wwfshow.com Email:
