Whilst many of its products are still in the initial stages of being drawn up in Computer-Aided Design software waiting to be physically constructed, Becktec’s Original Stem-Removing Cannabis Grinder has already established the company as a superior manufacturer of astutely designed products. Fully patented as of June 2020, the grinder removes stems and seeds as the user grinds, eliminating the need to break down the bud before, thus saving time and reducing the amount of THC that sticks to hands. The user is also able to select different sifting plates with different sized holes to determine the size of the grind and to limit the number of stems passing through. The award-winning product is the result of innovation and constant testing by Founder Mia Beck in the pursuit of excellence. Recognizing that 10% of micro-stems can make it into the finished ground product, Mia has built and adapted her own grinders, beginning with a first prototype that used a screen instead of round holes.
