Since 2022, the company has been actively engaged in supporting and creating the framework for the construction of a Life Science Campus. Spanning 12 hectares, this campus is dedicated to the development of laboratory and office buildings. This initiative’s initial success is becoming apparent; the first building is already operational and, with a second currently under construction and a third in the works, the projects are projected to provide over 30,000m² of space by the end of 2027.
