Easing you comfortably into the hospital is the valet parking service; taking the hassle of parking your car out of the picture. The concierge team is next in line and they will take you to your destination; be it the registration and clinical areas or even to the retail outlets located at the main lobby. Both patients and visitors have a choice of local or international cuisine, as served at Prince Court Medical Centre’s food outlets and third-party food concessionaires which were selected for their wide-appeal and familiarity. The retail outlets are made up of F&B selections such as Starbucks, Tarik Café, Food Galleria which has a playground area for children and KreAte Café. There is also a florist and a 24-hour newsstand store at your convenience. In keeping with its location in the business hub of the capital, and its proximity to the Malaysian offices of major international companies, Prince Court Medical Centre has designed its International Business Lounge as a satellite work space for an international patient or business traveller. The International Business Lounge serves as the contact point for registration, admission and post-discharge services. It is also the place where international patients can make requests for travel and transportation, and even hotel accommodation for family and friends. Interpreters can also be arranged on a patient’s behalf, along with visa extension services. And we also offers among others free Wifi throughout the hospital. Above all international patients can expect services of international standard and the reassurance that everything will be taken care of when they are away from home. While patients are given the best treatment options in the comforts of our single rooms, Prince Court Medical Centre also focuses on achieving holistic wellness and disease prevention through education that empowers patients and the public with personal responsibility. Its dieticians, nutritionists and even in-house chefs go beyond their daily work to even teach patients and members of the public how to cook healthy food to lead a healthy life. PCMC has created its own in-patient menu to suit patients’ taste buds and health conditions
