We have a very busy legal and compliance department making sure that we stay current on federal and state specific regulations in this ever- changing space. Having motivated and knowledgeable talent working at every single one of our pharmacies enables us to reach our potential of providing world class service to all of our consumers and partner organisations. What challenges do you face in the future in terms of your own firm & the wider industry you work as a part of? It appears the healthcare landscape in America will continue to evolve with the coming new Administration. Understanding how the political and regulatory environment will shift is a key challenge to ensure Genoa can continue to provide our services to consumers. From an internal perspective, Genoa has grown dramatically over the last three years. It is a challenge… a fun challenge… to make sure that we are scaling our support functions to ensure we can communicate, hire & develop talent, scale technology and make prudent financial decisions in a timely and meaningful way. How do you see the firm developing in the next few years? We intend to continue expanding our model across the United States. We are currently have pharmacies in 42 states, and we intend to continue pushing to expand across all 50. We will continue our footprint expansion adding approximately one new pharmacy each week for the foreseeable future. Is there anything else that you would like to add? We are honoured to receive this recognition. I am proud every day to work alongside such a talented team of individuals.
