In recent news, on the 9th May 2018, the Metro Atlanta Chamber, Georgia Global Health Alliance and Deloitte announced the launch of Global Health ATL as a collaborative initiative designed to drive Atlanta’s reputation as the “centre for global health.” The initiative’s priorities are to create a health innovation hub in the heart of metro Atlanta and drive impact in areas such as disease eradication, economic development and disaster response.

In this month’s issue, Intas Pharmaceuticals announces European Commission approval and completion of its purchase of an Out-licensing basket of products from TEVA. We profiled the transaction as we aim to find out more about Intas’ ongoing achievements.
